SUGARBUSH - Sweet Serenity Tiny House

Welcome to SUGARBUSH! "Suga" is a 450 sq. ft. custom built tiny house. She will comfortably accommodate 2 adults or a family with 2 small children. AGE REQUIREMENT to book this space is 25+. At this time we DO NOT allow pets. Suga sits on a 3+ acre lot that use to be used for cross country skiing. She got her name from two trails, Sugarbush Run and Sugarbush Shortcut that ran through the lot! We welcome you to stay and enjoy our wonderful little getaway here in Pleasant Valley.

The aframe is completely off grid with solar energy and a wood-fired stove. Sleep in luxury with fine linens and a queen size bed, but spend your day splashing in the crystal clear creek and hiking through the forest. Enjoy your evening playing cornhole while dinner cooks on the grill, topped off with a favorite beverage around the campfire.

The Woodland House is our 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath home located in the Mon Forest town of Franklin, WV. Enjoy the comforts and luxuries of home while enjoying the fresh air and forests of a trip to the mountains. You'll also have easy access to our small-town amenities while being a short drive from some of West Virginia's favorite destinations like Spruce Knob and Seneca Rocks. You can also stay in and enjoy the mountain view without ever leaving the back porch.

Wintertime readiness: When we have snow, 4-wheel or All-wheel drive will be best. Watch the weather. Un plug at Tree House. The cabin now has Wi Fi. There is also a DVD player w/ DVDs. A 15 minute drive takes you to Thomas, WV for food and art and music. Five more minutes and you are in Davis for Blackwater Falls State Park. A few more miles down the road find two alpine ski areas and White Grass Ski Touring Center.

A bright, modern cabin in the heart of the Monongahela National Forest. This brand new design driven space feels like being in a treehouse. It lies at the edge of the Dolly Sods wilderness, has forest views from every room, and a sauna. The location provides easy access to tons of hiking and is only 2.5-3 hours from Washington DC. It's as close as you can get to Dolly Sods without camping! 4WD needed in the winter.

The Davis Loft is the closest home rental to Blackwater Falls and is within walking distance to all that Davis has to offer. The loft has all the modern touches you would expect but still retains the right amount of rustic nostalgia that blends in so perfectly with the culture and landscape of the magnificent Canaan Valley. This newly constructed tiny home is located off US-48 and nested in a serene area with beautiful views of the mountains. Featuring a spacious deck, plentiful natural light, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two futons for additional guests. Located in close proximity to Yellow Creek, Rails to Trails, Moon Rocks, and Mountain Top Hunting Club, you'll have biking, hiking, fishing, and UTV riding without the drive.

Trillium Acres Guest House

Located 10 miles from downtown Morgantown and the stadium. Cooper's Rock is just 12 miles away, with hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. Our cozy house with modern amenities can accommodate 6 people with 2 queen beds, 1 twin and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Cottage and Trillium Acres Hilltop are next door and a short walk through the woods for larger groups needing more space.
