Al estar situado en una cuarta planta, dispone de una brisa que recorre de la habitacion a la terraza.Osea que no necesita aire acondicionado.Pero hay ventilador. Situacion inmejorable en Los Cristianos. Cerca de la estacion de autobus, parada de taxis y supermercados al lado del complejo, tiendas, restaurantes, lugares de ocio, centro de salud y playa a 10 metros. Parking privado.
