Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Beech Cottage, Southlands Farm, Dunkeswell

Beech Cottage at Southlands Farm is a lovely self contained property set in 11 acres, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills. Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns.

During lockdown we have renovated and updated our guest house. We are excited to welcome you to our idyllic rural retreat, far away from the hustle, bustle and stresses of everyday life. The top floor of the stable has been lovingly converted with a big bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and large sitting room. The stable is incredibly light and airy with beautiful views throughout that make you feel as though you are among the trees. It truly is the perfect country escape. 6 km from Chard Equestrian

Secluded cottage with outstanding 360 degree views of Blackdown Hills, AOB. The cottage is bright and airy, well decorated with quality furnishings, Large gardens with shrubs, flowers, trees, Jacuzzi, swings and trampoline. There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. Access is via a gate and a mowed path leads up across a field to the cottage. (No vehicle access - see photos.)

Gardener’s Cottage is a renovated period cottage and has been fitted to a high standard. It has 1 bedroom with a king-size double bed and en-suite shower room. The open plan living area has a modern integrated kitchen, armchair, sofa and dining table. It’s perfect as a quiet bolthole or a romantic retreat for two. You’ll love my place because of the views, the comfy bed, and the cosiness. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Check out is at 10.00 am.

Each solid wood log cabin is encircled by trees for your privacy yet open enough to let sunlight through. We aim to give you that cosy, romantic log cabin retreat experience with a solid wood burner, private hot tub and free access to our seasonal outdoor heated pool (end May - Sept). Lovingly converted spacious barn in a gorgeous courtyard setting, we have kept as many of the original features as possible. Extremely well equipped with super king bed and amazing walk in shower, the kitchen has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to make use of the all weather tennis court, bicycles can be provided so you can explore the local area.
