Big friendly front porch with a table and chairs, and a great view of the beautiful tree-lined street. Gorgeous landscaping welcomes you as you pull in the drive. The living room has a large comfy couch, smart HDTV with basic network channels and streaming apps, wood-burning functional fireplace, books, magazines, games, puzzles, and more to entertain you. The dining room has a large table that seats 8 and beautiful built-in cabinets with plenty of service-ware for entertaining and games. There's also a record player with stereo and Bluetooth pairing. Bedroom one has a queen size memory foam bed and is like sleeping on a big cloud that you sink right down into and don't move all night. HDTV with streaming services. Bedroom two has a full memory foam mattress and large windows and natural light. HDTV with streaming services. Bedroom three has a convertible twin to king bed with comfy thick memory foam mattresses. Also has a dedicated work space with printer and extra monitor. The bathroom has a bathtub and filtered shower head with awesome water pressure, commode, and large vanity sink. Extra toiletries in case you forget something. The basement is unfinished and used for storage, but there is laundry down there for your use. The kitchen has a gas stove, Air fryer, coffee bar, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer. There is an island with a drop down leaf. There's a pretty big fenced-in backyard, lots of established landscaping, large propane grill, and patio furniture with an umbrella. This is my main residence and I do have a dog—neither one of us will be there during your stay! However, if you are allergic, this is not the house for you.

This 2nd floor bedroom with A twin size bed and a twin day bed. there is also a twin trundle. With tall south or East facing windows the room is quite bright from early morning to late afternoon. This room faces the busy hospital campus and overlooks city bus stop. Amenities include a, mini-fridge, large closet, desk, alarm clock, pitcher and glassware for water. We recommend 2 guests in this room. It is possible to have 3 people in this room. note: bedroom picn4 shows trundle under daybed

The Depot B & B: A Peaceful Retreat

Just minutes from campus, downtown, and the airport, The Depot is a historic home attached to 5 wooded acres, a lake, and a "big sky" view across the prairie for watching sunsets and night skies. Originally a train depot constructed in 1857, it has been fully modernized for contemporary living. However, we have taken great effort to preserve its rustic charms that Abraham Lincoln would have known during his circuit riding days before the Civil War. These include graffiti from 1917.

Charming 100 year old house near downtown Champaign, local churches, and Westside Park. Guests can easily walk downtown for events and to campus. Have hosted International students for more than a decade. If you like old house charm, this is the house for you. If you like being close to downtown and the arts/music scene, and to campus, this is definitely for you. Please note that this is our home that we live in and we simply stay in the backyard guest house during Airbnb hosting.

J&E Homestead--spacious home in the country!!

Our farm home, situated on 4 acres, is located just 25 minutes from the University of Illinois and Illini sports! I-57, I-74, and I-72 are all close by. The house has a fully furnished large kitchen with a coffee bar. Two living areas provide plenty of space to stretch out. You can finish off your busy day gathering on the patio preparing dinner on the gas or charcoal grills, watching the sun set over the summer grain fields, or roasting marshmallows around the firepit.
