The Farmhouse Kitchen Cottage - Circa 1841

Stay at the historic Squatters Arms in Bunyan - just 10 minutes from Cooma and close to the Snowy Mountains. Originally built in 1841 as a Cobb & Co Coach inn, this site once welcomed travellers and stagecoaches. Today, you can stay in the inn’s old kitchen, complete with its original flagstone floors. Enjoy a king size bed, kitchenette and your own bathroom. There are no shared spaces between the cottage and the main house. Check-in is 2-7pm, and check-out is before 10am. EV compatible

Its Lemon Season! Nestled between secluded beaches (5min walk) and a private valley, Tiny Lemon Farm is an escape where cockatoos flock, kangaroos hop and the sound of waves fill the night air. Trade our lemons for scoops at the gelati clinic. Walk to Jaggers (private beach) and hear whale song. Do cocktails by the fire (inside or out). Or just kick back to the sound of birds and waves. The Lily Pond Cabin is one of a pair of bespoke cabins on our farm. Artistic and comfortable , full of art and personal touches, including my handmade pottery. There is unlimited NBN, so you can stay connected, in the peace of nature Next door is the shared Sunny kitchen, with a BBQ, a handmade dining table and wonderful views to the sacred Mumbulla Mountain. The water you can hear flowing into the lily pond is home to frogs who will serenade your quiet walks out into the starry night..

For the hot days there is an air cooler ( no Aircon), it always cools down at night. No heater inside but it is never too cold in winter. Firewood provided. Cooking on bbq outside! 😊

The lifestyle is relaxed and easy in this spacious home, across from the golden sands and abundant surf of Yabbarra Beach. After swimming, the hot outdoor shower is a joy. Enjoy a stroll or cycle along the coastal path to Narooma. 85kms of Narooma MTB trails are nearby. There are cafes, pubs and restaurants to try, plus local markets and more. Whale watching, fishing, golfing, 4X4 and boat trips to Montague Island are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes.
