Conveniently situated for visiting Plymouth (10 miles), the fantastic beaches of the South Hams (Bigbury on Sea 15 miles), the Dartmoor National Park (6.3 miles), and beyond.

Close to Dartmoor, beaches, golf courses, the A38, St Elizabeth’s House, Elfordleigh and Boringdon Hall. With a bus stop right outside the property.

It’s a quiet location, on the edge of Plympton St Maurice. 4-min walk to Plympton Ridgeway with pubs, shops and restaurants There are 15 steps down to the Annex so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility or health issues.
