Families preferred for this 3 bedroom villa is situated in walking distance of restaurants, a motor bike renting shop and a Thai Boxing Gym. In addition to the shared pool (three other houses) the villa has WiFi, satellite TV, a kitchen including cooker,dishwasher and microwave and a gas BBQ. There are a few nice restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk and a coffee shop on the corner. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to get to something noisier if that's what you want.
