Sunset View is our cherished family holiday home, nestled in the heart of the Cotswold Lakes. A luxurious Scandinavian style lake house, the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy spacious open-plan living that flows seamlessly onto a large sun deck with direct access to the tranquil lake. Spend the days paddling on the water, firing up the BBQ or simply soaking up the surroundings. In the evenings, sink into the hot tub with a glass in hand and take in the stunning views as the sun sets over the water.

Cotswold Country House & Garden

The Hope is a spacious Cotswolds stone house dating from the 17th Century, in the beautiful South Cotswolds. It has recently been fully renovated and is located in a quintessential Cotswold village. The house is connected to my half of the house but you will have total privacy with your own separate entrance, private garden perfect for al fresco dining and access to our tennis court. Enjoy walking, cycling or horse riding nearby. Close to Cirencester town, water parks and traditional gastro pubs

The Annex

The annex is a charming renovated self-contained studio apartment which provides a cosy & comfortable base to enjoy the surrounding Cotswolds countryside & villages. Set on the edge of the village in a quiet location with good access roads. A local pub & village shop within walking distance. There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.

The larch clad property has an industrial, boho meets the Cotswold vibe with its own private wild flower garden, perfect for alfresco dining. Excellent location for walking, running and cycling. Close to the beautiful town of Cirencester, idyllic picturesque villages and gastro pubs galore!

The Old Bakery At The Grange

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.

Cosy converted farm building with exposed stone walls.The cottages all form a horse-shoe shape around a shared courtyard, but each with its own private entrance and outdoor seating area. The cottages can be booked separately or all together to accommodate a group of up to 14. Ideally located for exploring the watersports, cycling or nature reserves in the Cotswold Water Park. 10 miles from historic Cirencester. Easy access to picturesque Cotswold villages.

Amaranth Lodge is a superb contemporary style & luxury lakeside holiday home with hot tub & charcoal BBQ on large decking area overhanging the lake. Wonderful relaxing open plan living area with lake views. With 3 x Double ensuite bedrooms, it is ideal for families or groups of friends. Downstairs: 1 x large double bedroom with ensuite wet room. Upstairs: 1 x master double ensuite with private lakeside balcony and 1 x double ensuite bedroom. Pets welcome.
