You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Die Wohnung liegt beschaulich und völlig ruhig in der Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Wir haben eine Ladestation für E- Autos. Für kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. In diesem Fall ist die 2te FEWO besser geeignet.

Ruhig und doch Zentrall. Eigene Terasse, Badezimmer und Küche. King size Bett für gute schlaf. In 7. geh-Minuten gelangen Sie zum Bahnhof und Zentrum von Wattwil. Direkt vor der Wohnung sind Wanderwege die sie z.B zum Waldbach-Wasserfall führen werden. Bleiben sie auf dem Jakobsweg geniessen sie die Aussicht auf Bodensee, Zürrisee oder den Säntis. In 25.min erreichen Sie mit Auto den Säntis oder die sieben Churfirsten sowie Thurwasserfälle. Es gibt platz für Ihr Auto sowie Velos.
