Art, all original, includes paintings, photographs, sculptures, and folk art collected from around the world. Flat screen Smart TV with surround sound, cable TV, and access to Netflix and Pandora. Wi-Fi available throughout apartment. Living room includes wood burning fireplace and desk. Bedrooms connected by large sliding doors making each a private room, or if left open, a sitting room and bedroom. Okay, well, it's a stream, but it's all yours to enjoy. For the nature lovers we have deer, beavers, ducks, nutria, fish, etc. (think wetlands). This beautifully renovated home (duplex) is fully equipped with a fireplace, central gas heat and central AC. Its a bright, clean, cozy space for anyone wanting to be close to Portland (but not too close) and surrounded by nature. There is some ambient noise from the creek below (a beaver partially dammed it creating a fall) and the highway above.

Close by is the entrance to Forest Park, one of the largest urban parks, with 80 miles of trails.

Stonehaven is a unique Artsy home in the forested West Hills 6 miles from downtown Portland. Perfect for family and friends traveling together. Sleeps up to 15 with 6 bedrooms, 10 beds & 3 baths. Host lives on premises. Not a party house. Please note that the February wind and ice storms destroyed the back yard pond. The back porch is still usable, but has the "beauty" of the destruction of nature and not the beauty of the hard work of creating an elegant landscaped pond.
