Included air conditioning, a fire place, and reliable Wi-Fi. Plenty of activities to enjoy in the area like hiking, biking, beaches and golf.

Cottage is located in the back corner of a 5 acre resort partially surrounded by trees but close enough through a pathway to access the games room and outdoor pool. A Beautiful view of the water with water access a few steps away. Use of two adjoining living quarters with full amenities in both. NEW THIS YEAR, we have two heat pumps to provide some air conditioning and better heating. A 3-5 minute drive will bring you to charming North Rustico Harbour with groceries, dining, shopping and a beautiful sand beach. Very near local sites: 15 min drive to Cavendish beach, Green Gables, Avonlea Village and golf courses. We are licensed by PEI Tourism.

Three decks, two are rooftops. Hot tub is only operational from Sept - June, NOT July and August unless requested in advance.

Guests also have access to the private hot tub attached to our cottage, the communal activity centre and heated pool. Plus the cottage is a very short drive (less than 5 minutes) to central Cavendish, Anne of Green Gables, and the amazing beaches! Plus, if you are a golfer, there are multiple world-class golf courses nearby!
