Two Queen bedrooms and a Queen sofabed will accommodate up to 6. Grill and dine on the decks, soak in the hot tub on the private tin-roofed porch or roast marshmallows over the back yard fire pit. Close to South Fork and Spring rivers, golf courses, lakes, and historic Hardy town. Shop, float, fish, hike, golf, and explore the Ozarks!

You can make use of the full kitchen, cook hotdogs over a fire pit outside, or a 15 minute drive will get you to historic, downtown Batesville's restaurants. This quaint, cozy, country cottage is only minutes east of Batesville., AR. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, kitchen, laundry and lovely yard with pergola in back including firepit. Wifi is strong and fast and easy to stream. Beds are for 4 guests, but extra mattress can be used for 5th guest, Bathroom does have shower as well.
