Two-storey house in the very heart of the city in an authentic Tbilisi yard. There is absolute calmness and peace, although Rustaveli, the main avenue of the city, is just five minutes away. A your complete disposal on the second floor are cozy bedroom and a big balcony, where you can enjoy a glass of Georgian wine or a cup of coffee. On the ground floor there are dining room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Vere district is one of the most prestigious, old and authentic parts of the city.

Open plan kitchen and living area, upstairs bedrooms, and large outdoor veranda make it ideal for a family or couples. Our house is conveniently located in the very center of the city. Five minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue (main street with museums and cafes) and the metro. Two minutes walk to the Old City, the touristic center of Tbilisi. One minute walk to a large Carrefour supermarket.

Ateshgah Residence, Old Tbilisi

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

The interior of the house is in an authentic Georgian style, following steps of our ancestor who was a painter as well.In a pergola outside you will be able to chill out tasting our family made wine from our eco clean vineyards. The meals are also available nearby, - different cafes, restaurants with the 24-hour supermarkets.

Its the historical area of the city, only 150 m from Colchis fountain. For my guests I can organize car renting, also can provide some trips by car. and can pick up from the airport anytime.
