This private guest suite is on the ground floor of my waterfront home. With views across the garden to Bruny Island and a direct path leading to a sandy beach, this is a quiet Haven. The suite includes; a large bedroom, king bed, private entrances, garden deck, contemporary bathroom, and a kitchenette. The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

Chambls Shack

Chambls Shack provides wanderers with a slow stay, overlooking the sandy beach at Verona Sands. Chambls is a genuine shack experience, complete with 1970’s kitchen, open fireplace and light shades. Plenty of wobbly bits and sloping floors, but we’re watertight, warm and a whole load of fun. Situated 1 hour from Hobart via Huon or Channel, Chambls welcomes travellers who want to truly relax and revisit the 70’s in luxe linens, open fire and a bottle of red. Or bring the kids and hit the beach.

Ideally located on the point, Tupelo gives you a stunning, ever-changing perspective of the SE coast. A house for all seasons, watch the storms roll across the bay and bask in the sunny rays as it rises and sets over the water, uninterrupted by this unique position on the point. Perched above Park Beach with front‑row views of Frederick Henry Bay, this 70’s surf shack has been softened by decades of sea breeze, sunshine and stories. It’s simple, soulful, and wrapped in the kind of calm you only find by the water. Using the shack as your base, no matter which direction you choose to venture, there’s an array of experiences and activities to explore, 20 min to Hobart Airport, 40 min to Hobart, gateway to Richmond, East Coast, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula.

Camp Rising ~ Cygnet, Tasmania

Our cosy and humble cabin - an old pickers hut from the farm's previous life as an apple orchard - is located in the stunning Huon Valley, with views across the stunning Huon River to the snow capped mountains of the Southwest. You would be hard pressed to find a more peaceful outlook for your morning coffee or afternoon wine as you take in the open skies and the local wildlife. Just a few minutes from the charming village of Cygnet and its many great cafes and shops.

Private Adventure Bay self contained studio.

Welcome to our 1 bedroom self contained studio. The studio is conjoined to our new house, with your own private entry. Open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living. Kitchen has breakfast bar, hot plates, microwave, toaster, kettle and all crockery and cutlery. A separate bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. There is a covered verandah at the front with BBQ. A large open deck is located behind the Studio to enjoy the sunny days. Its just a couple of minutes walk to the beach.

The Bruny Boathouse offers sweeping views across the d’Entrecasteaux Channel to Satellite Island and Hartz Mountain. Centrally located in Alonnah, it’s the perfect base for exploring Bruny’s wild beauty. Slow down with sea air and gum trees, gather by the fire pit with marshmallows, or soak under the stars in the outdoor bath. A family-friendly shack with all the comforts, made for island living.

Aerie Retreat

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.

The Joneses- luxury beachfront home for two

Welcome to the beautiful east coast of Bruny Island, where contentment and connection awaits. From The Joneses, a mid century style home originally built by Mr L Jones and reimagined in 2023 to become a luxurious escape for couples or solo travellers, you will have uninterrupted views of the azure waters of Adventure Bay and across to Penguin Island and Fluted Cape.

We are located on the Huon River, 45 mins to Hobart, 15 mins to Huonville and 5 mins to the lovely village of Cygnet where you will find cafes and wonderful selection of artisan shops, art gallery, cafe's and a world famous potter all for you to explore and enjoy The living area opens up to a garden on both sides with paths that lead down to a jetty and beach.

You can hear the water lapping on the beach from across a quiet no through road. Dharamshala means a rest house for travellers and with water views from almost all corners of this open plan cabin, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind.
