It is located only 7 minute walk from the beach. Barcelona city center is 25 minutes by train and the airport is just 10 minutes by car. The nearest train station is 10 minute and bus stops are only 5 minute walk. You can find some good restaurants near the apartment and there are lots of nice beach bars at the beach. A small grocery store is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. And another five minutes from the apartment is a grocery where you can get everything from vegetables, fish, meat, pastries, dairy products, drugstore goods and more. The center of Castelldefels is just 1 train stop away. You can find lots of restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, butcher and pharmacy, as well as a shopping mall there. A private car park space is located in the condominium where the apartment is located. This apartment is spacious with lots of light and has a large terrace with a nice view, where you can enjoy your breakfast or maybe a glass of wine during sunset. The apartment consists of three bedrooms ( 3 with airco), living room ( airco), kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a hallway. Towels, toilet paper, soap, hand wash and a hair dryer are all provided in the bathrooms. Beach towels are also available . We also provide fresh bed linen. Kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities you would expect from an apartment of this standard: Nespresso machine, dishwasher, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven and all you will ever need to cook. All the necessary utensils, plates, glasses and pots are provided. You can enjoy TV and free Wi-Fi as well. The condominium has two pools - one big and one small pool for children. It also offers a playground, so children are very welcome here.
