Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

The Cabin sits as the centerpiece of our working mini-farm and comes replete with rocking chairs on the porch, a gurgling creek nearby, a stunning mountain view, and room to explore. At Easy Shores Lake House you can spend hours jumping, swimming or floating in our no wake private cove. Perfect for a morning kayak trip around the cove island or out to the channel. An easy walk down to your private covered boat dock with ties on the exterior for up to 2 additional watercraft makes it convenient to put your watercraft in the water and have it accessible the whole trip. Beautiful lake views from the covered deck will be your favorite place for outdoor living this vacation.

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

This secluded, peaceful cabin overlooking the mountains and pond is situated on a 50 acre property which can be used for your enjoyment: exploring, 4 wheeling or fishing. Be apart of the Rustic oasis on “The Ridge” HUGE deck overlooking the pond and relax under the wide open night sky!!! Beautiful view! Pets are welcome :) and a $25 pet fee will be charged if you have 2 pets, if you bring 3 pets there will be a $50 pet fee.

This is a well appointed delightful, completely and comfortably furnished SMOKEFREE 2 bedroom, one bath apartment located on the ground floor of our house. The surroundings include over an acre of thickly wooded area with ample parking for both cars and boats. About one half mile down the road is the very upscale Twin Cove marina. We do not allow animals.
