Warm and welcoming, this cottage boasts modern conveniences while retaining the beachy charm of a little hideaway cottage, and is ideal for small families, couples, or solo adventurers. No cleaning fee!! The location says Tusket, it is actually Quinan on Lake Kegeshook. The cottage is a farmhouse/mid modern style with all white walls. Large windows and high ceilings allowing for great light. We recently renovated our kitchen. The cottage is remote, quiet and perfect for relaxing. The place is heated by a heat pump with additional base board heaters when needed. The cottage is a 20 mins drive in from the Tusket exit and 35 minutes to Yarmouth.

This adorable completely re-modeled cottage is steps away from the beautiful, sandy, salt water beach known as Coolen's Beach in Shad Bay, Nova Scotia. Twenty minutes from Halifax with hiking, kayaking, golf courses and restaurants all close by and scenic Peggy's Cove a short 20 minute drive away. We have created a charming and super comfortable retreat. We are sure our guests will enjoy the relaxing, peaceful vibe that this hidden little gem offers.
