It is 9km from Newport & 11k from Mulranny. The House seats on the edge of a working farm with sheep over the fence. A small stream runs in front of the house.

Cuckoo Wood Hexagon, 5km from Westport

This cabin has a hexagon shape with a square porch where the front door is. The Hexagon, as I call it, is situated on its own on land that is half orchard half woodland. On the morning sun side, where the door is, the decking leads to the little purpose built bathroom building. There is a perspex canopy so you can walk over staying dry even if it is raining. A few goats and a few hens roam in the adjoining field.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).
