Upstairs: two bedrooms (1 kingsize & 1 double bed) bathroom with bath & separate shower. The cottage has gas central heating.

Our cottage is a converted lakeland barn in the village of Pardshaw, near Cockermouth. Ideal for couples, walkers, cyclists, or families as a base for exploring the stunning Western Lake District. Loweswater is a ten minute drive away and Crummock, Buttermere , Keswick and the coast are all within half an hour. It's very cosy in the winter with comfy leather sofas and a woodburning stove, and there's a large 1st floor deck for Al Fresco dining in the summer.

It offers a cosy lounge with log burner, dining room and kitchen area formed around a staircase with a half landing to a modern bathroom. There’s a king bedroom with en-suite and a twin room both with stunning views towards Muncaster Fell. The 4 person hot tub provided 2025 and seasonally - May to August inc thereafter.
