Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Light, sunny, apartment on south west sideof Cornish House set in mature garden of shrubs, roses and peonies in popular village with gastro-pub and Community Store. Guests enjoy private walled garden. Coastal walking, beaches and sailing clubs are within a 15 minute drive, and cycling and golf close by. On the local branch line, Truro and Falmouth are accessible by train for food and music festivals. Shopping, theatre, museums, galleries, Tate St Ives, Eden Project, Gardens in an hour’s drive.

Comfortable guest suite near Penryn, sleeps 4

Set in a rural area just outside Penryn, our comfortable guest suite is on the first floor of our home. We are conveniently located between Falmouth and Truro. The accommodation provides plenty of space and can accommodate up to 4 people (king size bed plus a sofa bed). There is no kitchen, but a kettle, toaster and microwave are available. Guests will have their own key (accessible in a lockbox) and have their own entrance to the guest suite. There is plenty of parking available for guests.

Detached Barn in a beautiful 20 acre farm.

The Granite Barn is a detached barn conversion with 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms and is close to the sea. It forms the focus of a traditional small farm, which has hardly changed since the 1950’s. The living area is upstairs to take advantage of the farm views. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have either king size double beds or 2 single beds each. There is a private garden and open access to 20 acres of beautiful farmland.

Public water access 75m from flat; perfect opportunity for walkers to explore the foreshore and network of footpaths in this historic area, or keen kayakers/ SUP paddlers to traverse the stunning waters beyond to the Carrick Roads. Ideal for business & pleasure, conveniently located between Truro & Falmouth. Easy access to north & south coast beaches and attractions. Close proximity to National Trust Trelissick Gardens.

Albion Cottage, Mylor, Cornwall UK

Albion Cottage is situated on the edge of the creekside village of Mylor Bridge in beautiful countryside, perfect for exploring Cornwall. Cosy with log burner, small private courtyard with BBQ and access to large garden & grass tennis court (in summer). We welcome well behaved dogs (max 2) for an extra fee & by prior arrangement. Changeover days are Fridays & Mondays or shorter stays by arrangement. In July & August school holidays we do weekly bookings, changing over on a Friday.

The Summer House, ( Cosy wooden cabin / private)

Our beautiful wooden cabin, is tucked away, with creek & countryside views, but still within the village. The cabin, boasts a fabulous private garden, with BBQ for both morning and evening sun. The living room includes futon company sofa bed, table, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave ,toaster). A separate shower room, bedroom (king size beds). The private garden, offers patio furniture, BBQ, and access to shared children's swings. ( our children still like to use them!)

"The Chalet" Carn View House

The Chalet is a newly built, fully furnished 2 bedroom property set in our large sheltered garden in the quiet, rural village of Carnon Downs. We are located, with easy access to Falmouth and the city of Truro. There are public footpaths bordering the property just waiting to be explored, which makes it ideal for ramblers and families alike. We are a smallholding with chickens and geese as well as our friendly cocker spaniels. Carnon Downs offers a range of local facilities.

Estuary Cottage oozes character with beamed ceilings, sumptuous velvet furnishings, and the sights and sounds of the sea on the doorstep. There's a log burner for cosy nights in, and 2 sit-on-top kayaks and a paddleboard for adventures from Point Quay right on the doorstep. ★★★★★ Probably the most beautiful place we’ve stayed in the UK. 3 lovely pubs nearby, local shop 5 min drive, Truro & Falmouth 15 mins drive. Ideally located to explore beaches on north & south coasts.

Adorable one bedroom shepherds hut with pool !

Our classic Cornish cottage is set in beautiful, tranquil countryside. Come and relax in a small annex attached to our family dwelling containing everything you will need for your stay. We are 8 minutes' walk to our branch line station taking you to either Falmouth or Truro. Falmouth houses the university, galleries and plenty of places to eat. We are accessible to north and south coast beaches. Ideal for couples, single travellers, artists and those visiting family.

Private Garden Studio in Carnon Downs

The Studio Flat is on three levels. A comfortable lounge with big TV, sofa, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. Shower, sink, heated towel rail and toilet on level two, double bedroom with garden views on third level. I can pull out a single mattress for an extra third person. Private, separate entrance, off road car parking. Situated between Truro and Falmouth. An extremely handy location. Please note that it’s not suitable for babies or very young children.
