You will fall in love with this cozy and quaint little cottage as soon as you step inside. It is steps from the beach, allowing you to scoot outside at the last minute for the sunset. Outside, you can hear the ocean while you relax on the hammock or enjoy the shade of the large tree in the back yard. Enjoy making smores in the fire pit. Cook up some burgers on the portable grill. Inside, enjoy the newly renovated home. Refurbished original hardwood floors and a new washer and dryer.

September 7-9, 13-18, and 22nd forward are available. Minimum age renter 21 / ID Verified; NO PETS. Families primary renter (only) age 21 or above; Groups age 21 or above. Primary Renter must stay for rental duration. Capacity 5 adults; adult/child/infant exceptions if equivalent to 5 adults; extra person charge $40/person/day; max 7 adults (snug). The cottage is close to the premier birding area of the eastern migratory route , The rural setting is minutes from the city center, art and culture, restaurants and dining.Close to the Beach , Willow Creek Winery, Beach Plum Farm,Cape May Nature Conservatory, the Meadows and numerous hiking trails. The cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. A quiet peaceful setting. The cottage is not childproof and not suitable for children 2 to 12 years.

Simplicity at the beach...ease of living....you won't need a vacation after staying here...our sole purpose is to provide a space where you feel comfortable and relaxed enough to enjoy our beautiful town. We do provide sheets, pillows, blankets, and bath towels for 4 people. 😊 We also have a guidebook that has many things to do around town. Please check it out. No pets as daughter is allergic. FYI…no charging golf carts or electric vehicles.
