We are situated right next to a small private marina. Although the dock is not available for use, the boat ramp is offered for a $5 drop box fee. To those of you that have been here before, the new location is just as magical but definitely different than the previous spot. The outdoor shower allows you enjoy sunshine, moonlight and starlight. It is also very spacious. The yard is sunny and open with a picnic table and grill. Perfect for the more adventurous:) Must be mobile and agile to enjoy :)

Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!

Just Enough! Available for short stays and Nestled right on the canal in Brigands Bay in Frisco, this 2 bed 2 bath home is the perfect spot to get a way. An open concept living, dining & kitchen area. Master bedroom has a king bed & an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed & bunk beds. Down the hall is the second full bathroom. A charcoal grill is available. A fish cleaning table is available to clean the days catch!

The porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening happy hours!
