Cosy Cottage in Peaceful Nature

Quiet yet central enough to be in Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven and several beaches in 10-15min by car. We’ve done several renovations over the last years and love spending as much time in our cottage and the peaceful backyard as possible. New kitchen and appliances. Minisplits for aircon in living room and two upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a window unit. Small washer/dryer unit in downstairs bathroom. Spacious deck, outdoor shower, little garden area and fire side.

Oceanfront Sunrise Shack @ Brant Rock Beach

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Walk off the deck down to the beach for the day, hit the outdoor shower then grab dinner and drinks from one of the many neighboring restaurants. Located right in the middle of Boston (30 minutes north) and Cape Cod (30 minutes south) we are all about the outdoor entertaining here at the sunrise shack or our favorite take the party down to the beach! We have a cooler, chairs, table and some kids toys for you to bring to the bring if you’d like.

This is a beautiful newly renovated beach house right on White Horse Beach. The house is right across the street from the beach walk down. Enjoy stunning views of the beach and ocean from either the lower enclosed deck or from the top deck. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the summer! The beach house compound comprises a main house with wrap around porch, guest house with porch, outside shower, and a fenced in front, side, and back yard. Plenty of parking for 8 vehicles right on the property!
