This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Self-check in with lock box Super clean, lower apartment features a private entrance. It has a large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, convertible to two twins, upon request. Twin/mattresses on floor can sleep up to 2 children ($15 ea) or 1 more adult($40)per night Private bathroom with shower.

Just a short drive (under 10 minutes) to Naples for great dining and entertainment. Note: Due to the hillside location, AWD or 4WD is recommended during inclement weather for safe access.

Also has an automatic generator in the rare event of power failure. This property offers 1 mile of mowed trails and 60 acres to explore! Hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing available.Snowmobiling trails and ski resorts just minutes away.

The Creek House Private Home & Scenic Grounds

The Creek House: a fully renovated 1 bdrm, 1 bath home with a full modern kitchen and large new deck situated right next to a year round babbling brook. The creek is 15 feet from the foot of the deck stairs; its sounds lull guests to sleep each night. Frogs, salamanders, crayfish, and all manner of forest life abound. The stream meanders through the mixed park like and wooded parcel ending at a 25’ wide 6’ high waterfall. Antique clawfoot tub. Water may have a sulfur smell (see below).

Nestled in the Fingerlakes Region of New York, it's the perfect place to rest after a day spent exploring our beautiful lakes, wineries, hiking trails, and so much more. Our guesthouse is located 2 minutes away from the Keuka Outlet Trail, 5 minutes from Penn Yan and Keuka Lake, and just minutes away from several local wineries. In the winter, we love to visit Bristol Mountain Ski Resort, 45 minutes from us! We can't wait to host you!

Little Lodge in Hemlock

Adventure awaits you in this rustic getaway. This tiny home used to be a hunting lodge and we have renovated and updated the space to be a peaceful spot for whatever brings you out our way. We like to think of it as the bee keeper’s lodge. Close to Hemlock, Canadice, Honeoye, and Conesus lakes for hiking, fishing, kayaking, or picnicking. Or enjoy a night in! There is a gas grill, patio, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and a game shed out back.

The neighborhood is made up of countless privately owned cottages along the Honeoye Lake. Honeoye has two traffic lights, a small supermarket, two gas stations, restaurants, super market, a convenience store, boat launches, a public beach & other nearby attractions. There are two Ski areas within 10 miles from Karen's property; Bristol Mountain and Hunt Hollow.
