Chatham Cabin offers incredible lake views with lake access including our 6 well dock that has a swim platform and ladder, fish sink and picnic table. The cabin includes a kitchenette with stove/oven-and all the kitchen essentials for cooking and staying in. The bathroom includes a 6 foot claw-foot tub w/shower. Nestled on a quiet lake road “Isle View” will not disappoint. We are close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Kinderhook and Lake Valley golf courses, Ball Park National’s and the Amphitheater.

Come relax and enjoy time on the lake at Wet Feet Retreat. Private swim dock and boat ramp. Fantastic Big Niangua location with quick access to everything. Swim in the lake directly from shore or off the dock. Great windows for lake viewing and lots of seating at table and large island. Enjoy evening fires around the firepit. Waterfront home w dock at 9mm in quiet cove looking up the main channel. Newly updated interior is clean and comfy w modern touches. Location is great if you want to get out and about or just enjoy some peace/quiet. Asphalt access to the start of drive. Home looks down the main channel but inside no wake zone. Dock has swim platform w great sun/quiet water. Boat lift & 2 PWC lifts available $. We also have a canoe & lilly pad for rent. Each bdrm has a queen bed & both couches pull out.

This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.

Our family cottage sits on 100’ of lakefront in a natural lake setting. Spacious living with expansive views and a private dock. Swim off the dock or relax on the lily pad from dawn until dusk and enjoy sunset over the large, protected cove. Create more lake memories at our fire-pit and outdoor charcoal grill. Bring your own boat to tie up to the dock during your stay. Close to movie theater, grocery stores, and restaurants by land or water.

Ridge Top Meadows Guest Cabin

Relax in this beautiful private setting! This single-bedroom log cabin is located just minutes from Lake of the Ozarks, Ha-Ha Tonka State Park, Niangua River, and Ball Parks National. Amenities include full kitchen, bathroom with shower, queen bed, loft with twin mattress, dining table, Keurig coffee, TV (no cable) and DVD player, fire pit, picnic table, tent camping area, and hiking trail.
