There are plenty of restaurants and shops within blocks, plus Tyndall and Sacred Heart Hospital are only 10 minutes away! The beach at Saint Andrew's State Park and Mexico Beach are only 30 minutes away! This home is basically brand new; built in 2021 with beautiful finishes. The main bedroom features a king size bed with custom upholstered bed and down comforter.

It has a queen size bed, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen; great for two people. Everything in the apartment is brand new. It also has a covered patio with furniture for lounging. This is a small and cozy place but has great access to all the activities in the area. Wifi with Amazon Prime is included.
