This suite is very private in it's own wing of the an already very privately located home. There is a shared entry. *Winter visitors-send a quick request if you are attending a conference at nearby castle or looking for a ski trip to see if suite is available. All wheel drive will be necessary for driveway ONLY during winter season. Coffee and a breakfast starter kit will be supplied. Includes yogurt, granola, fruit, baked item on one morning of stay. Small fridge, kettle are in the suite.

Welcome to 118 Beaver Street B&B. It locates at the heart of the charming Banff downtown. It is a friendly, quiet, safe and peaceful neighborhood. A couple minutes walking distance to all amenities! The best central location, and you can leave the vehicle at the backyard! It is a two bedroom basement apartment. The town of Banff allows us to host up to 5 people. We are a family lives upstairs, and we have three kids 14, 11and 7. Free two parking spots at the back yard! Thank you!

We are very active locals that can help with outdoor activities and local favourite hot spots. We offer coffee and tea and the basic kitchen supply’s. We do NOT have an air-conditioner as we live in western Canada in the Mountains typical cooler nights.
