Tester's Haven Cottage, Lake Parker

This is a classic Vermont SEASONAL ( June- Oct) early 1950s cabin or cottage that is right on the water facing the West. One side sits next to a dirt road that is pretty quiet. Some cars, farm machinery & four-wheelers do go by. However, you can sit facing the water and feel like you have left the rest of the world behind as you listen to the loons. This special kind of space is for those who like a touch of country, it is not a hotel, it is not a party place, but a lovely RUSTIC cottage/cabin.

A stunning renovation of a 100-year old Boathouse, this cabin sleeps two and features a full kitchen & bathroom. The Boathouse is situated right at the lake's edge and has a full glass front, deck with a grill to take advantage of unbeatable sunset views. You will also have a private dock and canoe. Bunkhouse on Caspian Lake

Take a break and unwind at our cottage on the lake. Equipped with full kitchen and bath, main bedroom with a king bed and 2 additional bedrooms with full beds. Location is on the lake with a dock and kayaks available for use. Enjoy miles of hiking trails at the Nature Conservancy's 256-acre Barr Hill Preserve, or biking on the extensive Lamoille Valley Rail Trail. Greensboro has an historic general store (Willey's) and the award-winning brewery, Hill Farmstead, is nearby in Greensboro Bend.

Quirky house originally built in 1810 and added onto in the late 1800s. This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

Use our canoe or kayaks! Plus, Hill Farmstead Brewery is a short drive away. Beers there are rated best in the world!

Bring your snowmobile, cross-country skis, snowshoes, bikes, hiking boots, fishing pole, watercraft, swimming trunks, hunting gear . . . you name it! The Outspan Cabin is located directly on the VAST corridor 15 snowmobile trail near junction CA 80 and 3/4 of a mile from Nichols Ledge. During the summer the cabin has a private direct access to Nichols Pond and is part of the 200 acre Kahagon rental properties on Nichols Pond.

Waterfront apartment - Ideal location for snowmobiling, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, fishing, swimming, etc. Backyard access to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail and VAST Trail. The LVRT is a 4 season multi-use recreational trail currently 33 miles. Once completed, the trail will be 93 miles running through farms and forests, right into the downtown districts of VT's scenic communities. For snowmobilers, the VAST Trail boasts over 6000 miles of remarkable trails.

Enjoy the beauty of VT’s Northeast Kingdom at this home surrounded by trees in a waterfront community. Walk the trails out the front door or enjoy some of the best breweries, hiking, and mountain biking in northern New England all within a 15-45 minutes drive. St. Johnsbury, VT, and Littleton, NH are within a 15 minute drive. Or, just enjoy the view and serenity from the front porch. Access the private beach, tennis courts, and a pickle ball/b-ball for an extra weekly fee.

Cabin 8 Cabin 8, which is an end unit, was remodeled two years ago with cathedral ceiling. It has a queen size bed. Kitchen with stove/oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, table & chairs, couch, TV. Large front porch overlooks lake and mountains, which also has table, chairs, and charcoal grill. Lake access across the road, with use of large lawn lake area with chairs, tables and benches to relax by the lake, designated swimming area, fire pit and grill.
