The lake house sits on a 1.5-acre lot with 150' of private waterfront and features a wraparound deck, rock walls, fire pit, flower gardens, private dock & swim raft, gas grill, Adirondack chairs, a canoe, and 2 kayaks. The lake offers great fishing and swimming and the White Mountain area has gorgeous scenery, hiking, river tubing, fine restaurants, craft breweries, apple orchards, golf courses, covered bridges, and more. The lake house is in Bath NH and close to Littleton, Woodstock, & Lincoln.

A stunning renovation of a 100-year old Boathouse, this cabin sleeps two and features a full kitchen & bathroom. The Boathouse is situated right at the lake's edge and has a full glass front, deck with a grill to take advantage of unbeatable sunset views. You will also have a private dock and canoe. Perfect getaway for couples who are looking to explore or just unplug and spend a few days relaxing. Wapanacki is dog-friendly! Please see info about our pet fee in the notes below. Sorry-no cats.

Bunkhouse on Caspian Lake

Take a break and unwind at our cottage on the lake. Equipped with full kitchen and bath, main bedroom with a king bed and 2 additional bedrooms with full beds. Location is on the lake with a dock and kayaks available for use. Enjoy miles of hiking trails at the Nature Conservancy's 256-acre Barr Hill Preserve, or biking on the extensive Lamoille Valley Rail Trail. Greensboro has an historic general store (Willey's) and the award-winning brewery, Hill Farmstead, is nearby in Greensboro Bend.

Quirky house originally built in 1810 and added onto in the late 1800s. This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

The Loft at River's Edge is a private, spacious, second floor river view apartment at the end the hosts' main house. Views of the Connecticut River and Vermont's mountains are breathtaking. Spacious lawns abound throughout the property. Guests have their own outdoor area where they can enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. Kayaks and canoes are available for guests to use free of charge. The loft is a comfortable and peaceful place to call your "home away from home."

Use our canoe or kayaks! Plus, Hill Farmstead Brewery is a short drive away. Beers there are rated best in the world!

Willoughby Haven guarantees you the perfect place to take a break, and unwind in a peaceful oasis. Lawn chairs, beach chairs, fire pit, kayaks, and life jackets are provided for you to use freely.
