Tv, BBq ,( in caso di necessità mettiamo ha disposizione la lavatrice dalle 9 alle 20, che si trova nella nostra lavanderia ) . E' consigliata l'auto in quanto ci troviamo in campagna , sia per essere indipendente , sia per potere visitare la magnifica campagna toscana . Parcheggio e wifi gratuiti. Unique Villa in Tuscany

La Smirandola si trova immersa nella colline tra Siena e Arezzo. La casa è circondata da un vasto giardino con oliveto. Accanto alla piscina (riscaldata) è disponibile un gazebo dove potrete pranzare / cenare / grigliare. La casa è sviluppata su due piani: al pianterreno c'è la cucina, soggiorno, veranda, camera da letto e bagno . Al primo piano invece ci sono 3 stanze da letto + 2 bagni. cucina è attrezzata di lavostoviglie. Aria condizionata disponibile ad un forfait di: €20/giorno.

L'appartamento indipendente si trova a 15km da Siena, 20 km dai centri Termali e a 40 minuti dai borghi di san Gimignano e Monteriggioni. Nel complesso è presente un'azienda agricola che produce vini e olio con la possibilità di visite guidate e degustazione dei nostri prodotti con cene a tema.
