Designer Winter-white decor, power recliner & large Smart TV. Guest self-cleaned unit Well appointed kitchen, screened in porch with swing and a mile to the beach. Shopping….Five docks/spectacular sunsets. Must be 25 yrs old to rent. A two person maximum including adults, children, and infants. NO SMOKING in unit or outside, by HOA.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

It is located in Sea Trails resort and is less than three miles from the sand of Sunset Beach. Located in Sea Trail neighborhood you have access to the pools, gym, tennis courts, library and other amenities. There is NO Kitchen just a fridge and microwave. This is not suitable to cook meals.
