My place is close to Topanga center restaurants and dining like Inn of the Seventh Ray and Canyon Bistro, great views, the beach, and family-friendly activities such as hiking the Backbone trail and Topanga State Park. This lofty retreat contains many steps up to an expansive deck with commanding views. Once ensconced, you will be hard pressed to go anywhere! We do not allow smoking or any drug use anywhere on the property and unfortunately we can not accommodate pets.

Located Mid-Malibu, (not near fire zone) a 5 minute breathtaking drive up the canyon from Malibu Seafood Cafe, Solstice Canyon Trails, and Corral Beach, this 1 bedroom guest house is surrounded by the Santa Monica mountains, overlooking L.A., and sweeping ocean views. Enjoy a trailhead right on the property with views of Catalina Islands, surf at the beach below, ride nearby trails, or just relax in the backyard overlooking Pt Dume. Private & romantic.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

SilverLake Hillside Spacious Guest Apartment

Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb. Most suitable for guests who just need a comfy place to sleep. We currently HOST ONLY ONE GUEST. Pls kindly read through our rules before booking.
