We are on the unspoilt Roseland Peninsula, surrounded by fields and with sea views across to dramatic Dodman Point, the highest headland on the south coast of Cornwall. Ideal for walkers, we are less than a mile from the South West Coast Path. Although very rural, we are within walking distance of two pubs, the New Inn at Veryan and The Ship at Portloe. The village shop & post office are at Veryan for your added convenience.

1 Cliff Cottage, Portloe is a recently renovated fisherman's cottage with a large terrace and spectacular views of the harbour and out to sea. The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

Little House (sleeps 2/3) is in the Roseland Peninsula Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Near South West Coast Path and stunning Portholland and Carne beaches. Bedroom/living room (double bed + sofa bed), shower room, kitchenette. Private, with own fenced in garden, lovely views. (Driveway shared with main house.) Fast broadband, 43in smart TV (Netflix, Prime etc). EV charger and hot tub, both charged separately - pls request in advance. Hot tub: £15 first night, £5 each subsequent night.

Tig's Barn is a beautiful high quality newly converted detached barn near the Historic village of Tregony on the Roseland Peninsula. Outside area: private gated parking with EV charger ( charges apply) patio with BBQ and garden. Local beaches 10 minutes drive , centrally placed for Gardens and Attractions. Ideally situated for exploring both North and South Cornwall.

Old Village Hall

This fabulous converted village hall offers luxurious and spacious accommodation. A large entrance hall leads into a beautiful and light sitting /dining room with wood burning stove , study with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with American style fridge and downstairs shower room. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, single bedroom, double bedroom with zip and link beds and family bathroom. There is an attractive enclosed garden and ample parking.

The Granary Annexe - Beautiful views out to sea.

A beautiful detached annexe set in the garden with your own entrance and wonderful views out to sea. Near Heligan Gardens and within walking distance to Hemmick beach and the South West coastal path. Own parking area and entrance with a few steps up to a terraced area and entrance to the annexe. Director chairs provided to take in the view. Small kitchenette (No sink or hob) with all the electrical provisions, including a fridge freezer.

The Secret Cabin - Secluded heaven

Charming rustic cabin over looking the village of Portholland. Set in a private garden, sea view on one side, wooded valley on the other. Perfect for get away from it all. Near Eden Project & Heligan Gardens. Tranquility assured. Private decking for al fresco dining or star watching. Perfect location for coastal path walks. Sorry no dogs because of allergies & maximum of 2 adult guests.

Gilly Vean - Caerhays Estate

Gilly Vean is a delightful 2-bedroom cottage tucked away in the tranquil Porthluney Valley, with enchanting views of Caerhays Castle Gardens. Just a short stroll from Porthluney and Portholland beaches, it’s a haven for peace and seaside charm. Guests enjoy free entry to the Castle’s Spring Gardens (mid-Feb to mid-June) and free beach parking, making every stay effortlessly relaxing.
