The Sunnyside Retreat sits on 105 acre cattle farm, a charming spacious House. Beautiful countryside views from every window and a porch with plentiful seating to relax and socialize. Fishing pond, Woods, TRAILS, butterflies, meadows - serene and lovely. 2400sq ft Event Center with tables (steps away from kitchen), ping pong foosball. Cabin is located 4 miles from Marina and boat ramp. Kayak ramp 600 yards. Has a queen bed,and a sofa bed. Has floor space for an air mattress if wanted. Bring you own fire wood or you can purchase it here for $6 per fire. No pets .

Wheeling casino, Ogelbay, Wheeling Park, 6 Golf Courses, and multiple restaurants are just a short drive away from this location. A few things are on the property. 1.
