The Julia is a quaint country cottage built in the 1930s. It is nestled below the Wellsville mountain range in Mendon, Utah. With all the modern amenities, it feels like staying at grandma's house. The fully furnished cottage has two queen-size beds, a comfortable living room, and a full kitchen. The home sits on a wooded lot frequented by deer, moose, great horned owls, hawks, and wild turkeys. Enjoy the yard, barbecue grill, fire pit, patio, and carport for parking.

The house opens to a large great room with large picture windows perfect for entertaining large groups but cozy enough for smaller families.
