This apartment is in the outskirts of Logan but only a 15 min. drive to the heart of Logan UT. The location is has a 360 degree view of the valley! The sunsets are breathe taking. We usually rent it when we are not home or my kids are in school. My family and 5 kids live in the 2 floors above so there WILL be pitter patter of feet when they are home. We renovated the apartment with new flooring and countertops. We know you will enjoy this apartment and it’s location as much as we do!

Play during the day and relax at night in our state of the art theater room with 12 recliners. The full kitchen and large living area is the perfect area to kick back and relax.
