It has 1,950 sqft (huge) and includes 2 large bedrooms, 2 large 3/4 bathrooms, a large family room, gas fireplace, and kitchenette (equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, countertop burners, no oven). We have 3 TVs. Covered patio with incredible views of "the castle rock" and Pikes Peak. The yard is private and backs to open space!
