Almost every guest describes my place as cozy, which was the feeling I was going for when I designed the space! You'll love this good sized 300 sq. ft PRIVATE 1 bedroom studio. This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

Wall of windows, private deck, queen size bed, kitchenette, full bath, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, cable tv, guest robes, iron and board, kuerig, all necessary utensils. Quite, tranquil, relax. As of 1/1/26 booking rate will be $120 per day. Pool $20 seasonal.

A wonderful Wellfleet location! This second floor rental has a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom with a tub and living area with a well stocked kitchen. You would have the whole upstairs to yourself with a private door to come and go. You are also invited to use our pool at anytime! We're located very close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for miles of bike riding, PB Boulangerie Bistro, Marconi Beach, the iconic Wellfleet drive-in and so much more. Bedding, towels and essentials provided.

Enjoy the nearby ocean and beaches, or take a ride downtown to Main Street for dining and entertainment. Only a short distance to the ferries for a day trip to the islands and you can be back in time to catch a concert at the Melody Tent. Enjoy your days by the pool and your evenings grilling out on the large deck or chatting with the koi fish.

Our home-away-from-home accommodations include this charming studio with lawn space, a private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The cottage is comfortably furnished and features a small kitchen. This cottage has a queen bed and a table with sitting area. The kitchen is nicely updated with updated with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including an stove/oven, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker. The Loft is a detached and private studio apartment with a private entrance, beautifully decorated with a coastal decor befitting nearby Padanaram Harbor & Village. Ideal for two guests, but able to accommodate a third, or two children, The Loft is a great home base to explore the local area or the Islands of Cuttyhunk, Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket.
