During warmer weather, walk to the public beach and boat ramp - swim, sun, boat. Spend evenings by the outdoor fireplace. When it is cold out side, enjoy parks, museums, arts and cultural events, with evenings spent enjoying hot chocolate in front of the gas stove as the fire blazes providing a cozy warmth.

After a day of searching for Sea glass and building sand castles on your own beach you will fall right asleep to the sounds and smells of the ocean right outside your bedroom patio doors. Our cottage (Graham Cracker House) sits steps from crystal clear White Pond. The cottage offers private access to the pond for swimming, fishing and boating. The large outdoor space is great for dining and relaxing by the pond. It is 1.5 miles to the Cape Cod rail trail (bike trail), close to many dining options and 3 miles to some of the best beaches Cape Cod has to offer. There is another cottage on the property for rent that sleep 4 guests. No sharks here!

Spend the day at Sandwich's iconic boardwalk, Sandy Neck, and local beaches.
