Perfect for preparing meals to enjoy on the screened in porch. The dinner time sunsets are sure to please. You may even be paid a visit by the resident deer and pelicans. The kids will enjoy finding fresh deer tracks in the sand under the house in the morning. There are plenty of restaurants close by.

Located on the soundside of Buxton, this beach box is classic Outer Banks, you’ll have access to an acre+ with water access, and a view of Pamlico Sound. Ample seating in the living and dining area accompany all of the essentials for cooking meals inside or out. The master bedroom is also equipped with a half bath, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker, to make sharing space easier for the comfort of our guests. Only two blocks to the ocean, it sleeps 4-5 and features outdoor living amenities like two private upstairs decks and a hot tub overlooking the creek. The front covered porch is fun out of the sun!

Our newly constructed family home is 3 Bed,2 Bath - kitchen,dining,living room . Outside shower, also has fish cleaning table, and storage area for your wind surfing supplies, fishing poles, or bikes. Walk across the street to the beach(4 Minute walk). Shopping for groceries(1 mile away) along with restaurants, and gift shops for the shoppers. Avon is a quiet beach/fishing town that offers relaxation at it's finest. 2023 Enjoy New under house bar!Also kinnakeet pool passes are included!

Havens’s place unit 2

This is a one bedroom plus kitchenette located on hwy 12 in Buxton. It is located across from sound.You will have a private back entrance and your own parking area. People keep asking me about hot water. You definitely have hot water, I’m Not sure where on the listing it says no hot water but I assure you there is. When I’m able to find it I will change it. Be advised you are staying in the smaller half of a trailer that has its own entrance, a small kitchenette, a bedroom and bathroom.
