The newly built Chickadee allows you to experience upscale tiny living within a stones throw of some popular local attractions. While we feel the Chickadee offers plenty of privacy from the inside you should make note that it is located in the middle of a neighborhood setting and the landscaping is still being worked on though won't be disruptive to your stay. Just under a mile from downtown Gorham 20 minutes to Portland Ski, swim, shop, eat, leaf peep, hike, the activities nearby are endless

Fern Hollow is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Brand new house on Bonny Eagle Pond. Just built in 2024, this beautiful home boasts 2 cozy bedrooms, a bathroom with a soaker tub, and open concept kitchen, dining and living room. There’s a great back yard along with a deck patio area. There’s a beautiful loft for games, or to sit and watch the sun set. This home shares a lot with a cabin. There’s private water access for the property with a private dock/dedicated waterfront patio and multiple kayaks along with other swim toys and a swim raft.

Fresh muffins in the morning, baked by Barb. We offer a queen-sized Tempur-Pedic bed with comfy cotton bedding. Air conditioner for hot days and a NEW gas stove for chilly nights. Our Bathroom Greenhouse has a shower & a green Compostable toilet. ( changed daily) We provide bathrobes, hand soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner.

Located on a quiet cove on Lake Arrowhead, you can enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine on your deck or the deck on the water’s edge. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, walking or a morning run. Shopping at the outlets in either North Conway or Freeport is about an hour away. There are several restaurants nearby and Portland is about an hour away. Getaway and relax on the lake.

Centrally located to many of Maine's finest breweries: Sebago Brewing, Mast Landing, Funky Bow, Nonsuch, Sea Dog, Barrel Souls, Bissell Brothers. Many local hiking trails including trails right here at our farm. Portland boasts of the finest restaurants in the state.

Yes, we really do live on Lovers Lane, where the wildflowers bloom each year! There's room for frisbee and to enjoy the peacefulness of our yard. It's pretty quiet here in the oak forest, but we're close to so many great places - Portland, ocean, rivers, trails, and mountains. Gorham has become a mountain biking destination and we've got some great trails outside your door! We welcome all people here and strive to hold an inclusive and safe environment.
