Comfy and cozy with dishwasher/refrigerator/gas range/ queen bed/bathtub/shower/satellite tv/wifi/patio/ 9 blocks from downtown. Please note: There is a washer & dryer available for use only between the hours of 11:00 am & 8:00pm. The washer/dryer are located on a shared wall with other guests so the hours of use are strict as to not bother other guests who may be sleeping.

In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight adults (no children) can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable for smaller groups.
