Cottage at Rose Ridge

The Cottage is a modern Vacation home near Palmer, AK. Situated on 10 acres of forest we frequently have mostly harmless moose wander through the yard. The Cottage can sleep up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. (Comfortable inflatable bed available upon request). Rose Ridge is 15 minutes from Palmer at the base of beautiful Hatcher Pass. Wasilla is 25 minutes and Anchorage is 1 hour away. We are close to area attractions and activities.

Forestlane Cottage 2

Our 2021 constructed craftsmen cottage is nestled in the woods but very close to Palmer. This is a quiet 8 acre parcel but only 5 minutes from breweries, shops and restaurants in downtown Palmer. Close to Hatcher Pass, Independence Mine, Glaciers, Hiking, Musk Ox and Reindeer farms. The owner's house is also on the property and they are available to you throughout your stay. The owners have lived in Alaska for over 40 years and are committed to helping you with all there is to experience!

Butte Bungalow

Take it easy at this sunny, unique and tranquil getaway. Adorable new construction Tiny House with stunning views in every direction. Comfortable for up to 3 people, the Bungalow is fully furnished, offers laundry, wifi, TV, full Kitchen, deck, BBQ. The Bungalow is located within minutes of local trails, 10 minutes from downtown Palmer and a short commute to Hatcher Pass with it's miles of trails and majestic views of the Matanuska Valley. (BBQ and firepit not available in winter)

Whether you are hear for a pit stop or to find connection with friends or family, we trust that you will find solice and comfort during your stay. The chalet is located about 15 minutes from Palmer Proper in the rural Butte, only minutes from the Reindeer Farm and Pyrahs "You Pick" Farm. We look forward to having you join us!

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.

Includes a huge new covered deck where you can enjoy the unobstructed views from the barrel sauna and hot-tub while protected from the elements. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, steam shower, full kitchen, open living room. Pull-out queen couch can sleep additional two guests. *Winter months, AWD is a must. Garage is not for guest use.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Occasional moose sleep in the yard as additional guests. The legendary Valley wind rarely gets to this spot! The bike path is 100 yards away to Palmer or to the South Face of the Butte to climb. Longer stays available with cost savings, just ask. Booking window is opened up only 2 weeks ahead but ask for additional availability further ahead.
