Our 2021 constructed craftsmen cottage is nestled in the woods but very close to Palmer. This is a quiet 8 acre parcel but only 5 minutes from breweries, shops and restaurants in downtown Palmer. Close to Hatcher Pass, Independence Mine, Glaciers, Hiking, Musk Ox and Reindeer farms. The owner's house is also on the property and they are available to you throughout your stay. The owners have lived in Alaska for over 40 years and are committed to helping you with all there is to experience!

The house is close to Jim Creek Recreational area, many other local trails, a biking path and near several other recreational activities. Come and relax in a private home. The house is located on a hobby farm so make fresh eggs your breakfast while enjoying the spectacular view that Alaska and this home offers.

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.

Pull-out queen couch can sleep additional two guests. *Winter months, AWD is a must. Garage is not for guest use.

This spacious lower level is a daylight basement perfect for families traveling with children. Placed in the middle of two acres the home is surrounded by manicured yards, gardens, beautiful mountain peaks, and plenty of country quiet. Yard is open for play, or walking, as is the basketball court. There are swings hanging in car port and a cowboy grill for campfires in the spring and fall. Located four miles from Palmer this home and yards are sure to please.

Clean 750 square foot Mother-In-Law apartment located in beautiful Palmer, Alaska. This apartment is located above a two car garage and has it's own entrance and complete privacy, while being attached to the main house. Views from the bedroom, living room and kitchen are unbeatable. Three miles to downtown Palmer as well as the Glenn Hwy and Palmer/Wasilla Hwy, and Alaska State Fairgrounds. Guest parking available directly next to entrance stairs.

The bike path is 100 yards away to Palmer or to the South Face of the Butte to climb. Longer stays available with cost savings, just ask. Booking window is opened up only 2 weeks ahead but ask for additional availability further ahead.
