A truly unique retreat offering high quality accommodation for up to 5 adults. We also have a small fold up bed and a travel cot for little ones. Extra amenities include board games, books, table tennis and a dressing up box. The perfect staycation for families or the perfect tranquil environment for solo travellers of work or pleasure.

The Studio consists of 2 rooms: Bedroom with double bed on the GROUND FLOOR, with WC/Shower. UPSTAIRS sitting room, TV, sofa. IMPORTANT: THERE is NO KITCHEN only mini fridge and microwave for OCCASIONAL USE. The Studio has private entrance from the GARDEN door on the right of the main house, with a secluded walled courtyard with decking NOTE: 1. there is NO GUARANTEED parking nearby. 2 there are several steep/uneven steps, so it’s NOT suitable if you have mobility limitations.

A one-bedroom, secluded ground floor property, ideal for a getaway for couples or small families. An EV charger is available for use at an extra charge.

The Hare’s retreat is one of two accommodations on site, the other ‘The Kingfisher Studio’. (not in view of each other) A beautifully converted garage/annex with its own independent access and garden. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the town centre. With approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a large bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen, wet room/WC and a small but comfortable living room.
