The backyard is a fenced in space that includes a fire-pit, and grill. It also includes a washer and dryer.

Please make sure to register the correct number of guests & register your pet if your bringing it with, there IS A PET FEE. No fenced yard. House is 10-20 minutes to everything, including the Naval Base, Downtown & Wolfchase area. There is a Ring Doorbell at the front door for safety purposes. The entire house is cleaned thoroughly after each guest.
