Located in downtown Bethlehem with shops & restaurants - 12 min to Cannon Mountain, 17 min to Bretton Woods, and 8 min to Littleton. Our home offers a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, comfortable bedrooms, and a family room in the basement. Outside you'll find a hot tub, fire pit, and trails. The cabin is located in a photographer paradise- where you can enjoy the wildlife in its natural setting. Being close to many local activities and attractions, the VAST snowmobile trails (200 yds to Old County Trail near trail 114 (Westmore), Island Pond, Willoughby Lake, Kingdom Trails/Burke Mountain, Silvio Conte Wildlife Management Area-are located a short drive from the property. After a full day of activities in Northern VT/NH you can enjoy an outdoor hot tub and warm up in the sauna.

The Loft at River's Edge w/hot tub!

The Loft at River's Edge is a private, spacious, second floor river view apartment at the end the hosts' main house. Views of the Connecticut River and Vermont's mountains are breathtaking. Spacious lawns abound throughout the property. Guests have their own outdoor area where they can enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. Kayaks and canoes are available for guests to use free of charge. The loft is a comfortable and peaceful place to call your "home away from home."

Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road.

Townhouse at Jay with Sauna + Jacuzzi

Spacious 4 bedroom Townhouse that sleeps 10 people and is less than 1 minute to Jay Peak Resort. 2 bedrooms upstairs (each with Queen beds) and bunk room downstairs provides plenty of space for your family ski vacation. On the main floor is the kitchen, dining room and a living room with a fireplace. If you need to sneak in some work, there is a office room, equipped with a twin bed and smart TV. Warm up in the steam sauna or jacuzzi bath after a long day on the mountain.

Spring Hill Farm, coffee & hot tub

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Darling Hill 1 BR Suite with Hot Tub and Sauna

Take the stone path to your private suite for the evening. The suite is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance and private patio for your enjoyment. We are located on Darling Hill, adjacent to the Chapel and directly on Kingdom Trails. It is a peaceful setting with a hot tub and sauna for after your day of outdoor adventure. We are approximately 10 minutes from Burke Mountain and a 1/4 mile from the VAST trail network.
