This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

The apartment is upstairs with a spacious sitting area and bedroom all in one. It has a large kitchen area with all the cooking amenities needed. This private suite is for the solo traveler or professional. This property has large pollinator and native plant gardens that nature lovers will enjoy. Located in a quiet family neighborhood, this suite is within walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, trails, colleges, and an art museum. Long term tenants have laundry access. One guest only at all times, please do not send inquiries or reservations for more. Be sure to read and follow the house rules for all policies.

Cozy Guest House

Welcome to a cozy guesthouse behind my home that is just a few miles from I-44, Sheppard AFB, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guesthouse sleeps up to 4 persons: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.
