Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/fruit) & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

Pea Cottage is 5 miles from Stamford, one of the prettiest market towns in the country.

It's 600 listed buildings and wonderful architecture are a delight to see. Burghley House is a 30 minute stroll away, and Rutland Water is a short car journey, offering water sports, cycling, bird watching and even a beach!

Ketton is only a few minutes drive from the beautiful town of Stamford, or Rutland Water with its stunning views and local Ospreys. Oakham is also a short drive away. There's a Camra award-winning pub a few minutes walk away and plenty of circular walks in the surrounding countryside, from the accommodation or further afield, to work up a thirst.

Located in an ideal area for walking to Burghley House or travelling and exploring the local villages and places of interest such as Rutland Water. Unfortunately we are unsuitable for small children and wheelchairs due to the stairs.

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, portable electric hob, fridge, toaster, saucepans, plates, glasses and cutlery. EETV, Roku smart tv and WiFi. Free on street parking. We have off street parking available on request. Extra amenities include - travel cot, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.
