The cottage is privately rented but is connected to a B&B. On request, breakfast can be served in your private garden, in your cottage or on your bed. The last renovation of this 16th century Erker house over the water dates from the beginning of 2020, with again preservation of all the authentic, characteristic elements. From your King Size bed you have an exclusive view of the garden and the water (the Bruges Canals) makes your stay complete.

The apartment St-Jacob is located on the 2nd floor at Twijnstraat 13. This huge apartment still shows the traces of a rich past. The 650-year-old roof construction and the construction of the trusses result in a remarkable 7-meter high living room with dining and sitting areas (2) and an open kitchen. Huyze Cordoeanier is located in the very heart of the medieval town of Bruges, a few steps away from the central market square but in a quiet neighbourhood. Our house has been rewarded as a 4 star accommodation by the Tourist Office for Flanders! We gladly accept families and responsable adults. Our house isn't suited for groups of friends because of the quiet city area.

Being a corner house it capts more light then the commonly typical old flemish houses. Completely furnished to make you feel at home....
